We work hard and we love to play too! We are very fortunate at Graham's Carpet Network to have an amazing group of individuals that make up our team. More importantly, we have great chemistry here and we truly have “fun” at work. Although all of our people have drastically differing backgrounds and styles, we all share common goals of customer service, honesty, and integrity. In the NFL, every year a new champion is crowned and owns the title of World Champion for a year. Our belief is that the talent level of that championship team is not related to having better or more gifted talents than another team but they have better chemistry to work together for a common goal. The owners, administrative staff, sales people and subcontractors for Graham's Carpet Network have this special chemistry.
Our special chemistry at Graham's Carpet Network is not a product of luck or circumstance. When we started our business back in 2003, we enlisted the advice of a trusted friend and business owner. His wise words are the basis for the culture that has been created here. He said "find good people, treat them like gold and they will in turn treat you like gold". Such an elementary concept has been the recipe for success in all aspects of our business.
All of our employees and subcontractors are encouraged to provide us with their personal and career goals (both short and long term). We hold ourselves and our people accountable to achieve their goals. Scot Lee
Accounting Specialist

Scot Lee joined Graham's Carpet Network in the summer of 2010 as the staff Accounting Specialist. Scot draws from an extensive business background on behalf of Graham's Carpet Network including having served the past 6 years in various roles with the Loveland Chamber of Commerce including work as the Small Business Strategist for the Loveland Economic Gardening Program and as the director of the Loveland Visitor Center.
Prior to this, Scot enjoyed his 15 years of retail management experience in the Outdoor Retail Industry. Pleased to work again for small business in the private sector, Scot very much enjoys being a member of the Graham's Carpet Network family. When not counting beans, you’ll find him venturing in to various game realms with his teenage son or ‘amblin’ through the out of doors seeking to maintain his connection with nature.
Fun facts
Scot was raised in the BIG city (Houston) but grew up with his heart in the piney woods of East Texas helping on his grandparents farm. Scot was the founder of the Colorado Paintball Club and the state resource website, www.playpaintballcolorado.com. He’s probably touched more and varied body parts in interesting ways than most people would care to consider as both a backpack and hiking boot fit expert in his former retail life.
If he could, he'd spend more time getting lost serenading the stars that shine with his native American flute while sitting at a campfire somewhere in the mountains of Colorado (or better yet Yellowstone National Park). |

Katie Ingram
Office Manager

Katie Ingram grew up in northern Colorado and absolutely loves the community. It is important for her to be involved, and she enjoys being a Loveland Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and participating in organizations such as Realities for Children, Business Women’s Network of Fort Collins, Fort Collins Board of Realtors and many more. She strives to be an enthusiastic source of information on the flooring industry and the local community.
Katie enjoys helping others achieve their goals and perform at their best, and is always eager to take on a new task or challenge. She enjoys spending time with her family, her fiancé, and Niko, their Siberian Husky puppy.
Katie and her fiancé are new home owners and enjoy doing all the little things to make their house a home. Their families are Loveland residents and they feel lucky to have them close by.

Kandice Muckley
New Accounts Development Associate

Kandice has recently become front and center as the face of Graham's Carpet Network. Formerly our Office Manager, she now spends most of her time visiting our clients at their offices and homes with gifts of thanks and many yummy treats to share. Additionally, she networks over a vast territory from Fort Collins to Loveland to Greeley on a daily basis. Kandice is warm, friendly and as the daughter of Scott & Monica she shares her enthusiasm about the growth of her family business with everyone she meets. She has a genuine focus in building relationships and connections with our many clients and advocates across the region. If she can help find a resource for someone and make a solid recommendation or give another small business owner a glowing testimonial, it makes her day.
Behind the scenes, she is the heart beat of the retail design team at Graham’s Carpet Network, making sure we move mountains to create the “Red Carpet Experience” for every customer , every day.
When Kandice is not spending her time enjoying her family on the weekends, she is fixing up her new home and experimenting with new and creative design techniques, constantly improving the aesthetic environment of her on little corner of the world.

Mark Chaput
Project Manager

Mark Chaput has been in the flooring industry for nearly 20 years beginning as an installation craftsman at the age of 20.
After six years working hands on with carpet, vinyl, tile and wood products, he moved into an estimator and warehouse role with a small store in Fort Collins.
Rounding out his skills and experience, it wasn’t long before he took on a sales role and later was promoted to store manager.

Dwayne Unruh
Office Manager

Dwayne Unruh recently joined Graham’s Carpet Network Family in November 2010. He is our full time Office Manager and boy is he put to the test to keep this hard working bunch organized! Dwayne had a long career history of 20+ years working his way up the ladder and on to management at Red Robin restaurants.
He decided on a leap of faith to seek a complete career change joining forces with our ever expanding Northern Colorado company. He has stepped up to the plate to learn any and every possible role at Graham’s Carpet Network, from office management to accounting, purchasing, estimating and the list goes on and on! He loves the challenge this new industry presents him and he demonstrates his enthusiasm and appreciation for the awesome opportunity to learn something new here every single day.
Dwayne and his wife Jeni have two very active tween daughters, Chelsey and Tera. They keep him running to dance classes and horseback riding classes constantly. He also travels back and forth sometimes several times per week to take care of his family and their property between Wyoming and Colorado. Dwayne understands the meaning and his picture may be shown in the dictionary under “sandwich generation”.

Carla McCubbins brings 12 years of flooring industry experience with a special emphasis for meeting the carpet and flooring needs of property management companies.
Having joined Graham's Carpet Network in December of 2008, Carla is proud of being part of the Graham's Carpet Network family.
The opportunity of working with her wonderful friends, many of which she has gained through her sales experience, is one of her greatest professional rewards.

Boe Muckley
Warehouse Manager

Boe knows how to create the most mysterious fun for the entire team to enjoy! The most senior employee, Boe began his career at Graham’s Carpet Network when he was just 15 and has worked his way up from Demolition Guy to Warehouse Manager Extraordinaire.
Boe keeps everyone on their toes with his creative imagination, giant smile and professional magic tricks. He also spends a great deal of his time managing the two office mascots Mogli and Otis, our two happy office dogs.
In addition to his regular warehouse duties, Boe eagerly lends a hand to anyone and everyone for most any task at hand. From helping with installs, to measuring, to answering phones, to running errands, to networking, to cleaning up and organizing samples, to making material pick-ups and deliveries...the list goes on and on!
For fun Boe enjoys working with his Denver Paranormal Research Team all over the nation!
